How to use your Guest Card?

 
  • Your Guest Card entitles you to unlimited travels with the Tan network throughout Nantes Metropolis (excluding airport shuttle).
  • You muse have your card with you whenever you travel. The validity period is indicated on your card.
  • Bus, navibus : Board on the front, show your Guest Card to the driver.
  • Tramway, e-Busway : Show your Guest Card only if requested by an inspector.

How to travel on Tan network?

 
  • Tramway, e-Busway : stop at each station, do not board when the beep signal is sounding.
  • Bus : raise your hand for the bus to stop, board on the front, press the STOP button onboard to request your stop.

The Tan network is directly connected to the Conference and Exhibition Center :

  • Cité des Congrés (Congress Center) :
    - Busway Ligne 4 - Station Cité des Congrès
    - Tramway Ligne 1 - Station Duchesse Anne connexion avec la ligne 4.
    - Chronobus ligne C3 - Station Gare SNCF Sud
    - Navette Aéroport - Station Lieu Unique
  • Parc des Expositions (Exhibition Center) :
    - Tramway ligne 1 - Station Beaujoire ou Ranzay
    - Chonobus ligne C6 - Station Beaujoire

Assistance

If you have lost your card, a duplicate card cannot be issued. You can purchase a 24hr ticket or a booklet of 10 tickets:     in all tickets machines in tramway  and e-Busway stations, at the Transport agency located allée Brancas Nantes, near the Place du Commerce,  in the Tan Relais (retailers)..

If you have forgotten or lost personnal items in a vehicule, the Lost Property Office is located at the central City Hall (Mairie), 29 rue de Strasbourg - Nantes.Opening time on monday to friday from 1 pm to 5 pm (AlloNantes 33 (0)2 40 41 90 00).
